I know it might be coming in V5, but is there an easy way in V4.1 to export the time series data from 37 tests to a .csv file?

Yes you can just run the tests in to a DataValuesDisplay glyph and in the properties set export to CSV with a file name... this will give you a .csv file for each of the tests.
